Awareness, breath, & love
Holidays have passed. It’s been a while since a wrote in this space. Much has changed in a year and yet my previous post captures it all. Let’s bring awareness into our days. That may be as simple as taking a few breaths. With awareness, we can address suffering in our lives, community, and across the globe. We can hold the mental and emotional space for all the things that are happening all at once. Live with awareness, cultivate love and compassion, and do so with grace and awe. Sending love, all.
