You know that there is a better way, but you’re not sure how to get there. When you are burned out and exhausted, it’s impossible to see the way forward. And, it can feel scary to ask for help. I know because I’m on my transformative path too.

About 10 years ago, I was an Army lawyer struggling with undiagnosed post-traumatic stress and managing the impact of vicarious trauma. I was not happy despite career success, financial security, and many external achievements. I wasn’t present in my relationships, overwhelmed by work, and felt little joy. It seemed like I was navigating life on autopilot mode.

I knew that something needed to change, but I didn’t know where to start. I spent too many years trying to navigate my internal struggles on my own.

I hit a low point and knew I needed some support. It was in that moment that I finally reached out for support, and that was the beginning of an incredible journey towards joy and holistic wellness. I spent the next few years exploring this beautiful life journey with community support. Transformation happened with community support and love. 

I found joy again.  

I learned better ways of using my energy, and I learned how to focus my attention on the things that matter.  I learned how to manage trauma in my work while still cultivating joy. I learned how to trust my intuition, and I felt whole for the first time in a long time.  Now, it is my turn to help you.

I support your path towards joy and fulfillment. As your holistic wellness guide, I support your intentions with transformative tools. I use compassionate listening, and the understanding that your intuition is the expert.

2. Consultation

We chat about how you’re doing, your intentions, and have the obligatory midwest weather discussion.

3. Create Your Sessions

We create a session package when you’re ready to work with me.

4. Let’s Navigate The Path Together

Sessions are usually 60 minutes, but you can opt for more or less time. I’m available to meet via phone, Zoom, or in-person (especially when the weather is nice!).

Still unsure about the whole health, wellness, and/or life coach thing?

I was hesitant to work with a coach. The idea felt uncomfortable. I thought I could figure out my wellness on my own. I didn’t want to talk about my struggles. I didn’t think the coach could relate to what I was feeling. I spent too much energy trying the “keep all my problems in and never ask for help” program. It didn't work as you can probably guess.

I eventually reached out to a coach and I have greatly benefited over the years. It’s a space for me to work through my intentions. I receive advice and guidance when appropriate. I’m supported as I cultivate my own path - that’s the most important aspect.

I do the same for my clients. We explore your life intentions and then navigate the path to make them happen.
