In this 4-part series, we'll offer up practices, discussions, and talks on how to cultivate joy during times of uncertainty. We will explore who we can be present with all the emotions, no bypassing or toxic positivity. Through LIVE Zoom classes we'll offer up meditation and gentle movement (can be done in work clothes at a desk. Each session will begin with meditation or mindful movement and then 10-15 minute talk. The remaining time will be spent connecting and sharing as a community. Talks will be based off teachings from Yoga, Buddhism, and other spiritualities/philosophies.
