Nutrition for holistic health
Hi friends,
I get a lot of questions about nutrition and what people should eat and not eat. It depends. My bigger concerns are how can we make nutrition a priority and how can we sort through all the info that is out there? I think it is important that people do their own homework and rely on credible sources.
I’m a proponent of eating plants and avoiding processed foods. I try to eat as many different types of plants with an emphasis on fruits and veggies. Maybe consider a plant forward plan? It’s important that you figure out what feels good in your body while looking for recommendations from reliable sources. Just take some B12 if you give up animal products, otherwise you get everything you need.

Great info based on science and research, not uncle carl’s food and car repair blog.
Glad to answer any questions or discuss!
